Quality Design and Manufacturing

Quality Materials:

At Scott Koeth, the best possible construction methods are used. We start with only the best kiln dried Midwestern hardwoods. All of our frames are double-doweled, glued, screwed, and cornered blocked together. We use 8-way hand-tied coil spring seating as a standard although other options are available. All interiors and exteriors are covered with a solid webbing fabric that is stretch resistant, a layer of poly fill and finish padded with cotton before the final fabric is applied.

Our standard cushion is a high quality foam and blend-down cushioning system. It not only looks good, but most importantly, sits great. You will sit light with deep firm support. We also have the option of blend-down and spring-down cushions.

All fabrics are custom cut; we do a flow match and four-way match of your fabric. Welt cords are cut on the bias as standard. We also will cut unusual or difficult fabrics that others will not do. If you have questions about any fabric weight, stretch, or finish for a particular application, we will be glad to consult with you on available options. Scott Koeth is a true custom upholstered furniture manufacturer.
