Quality Design and Manufacturing
Quality Materials:
At Scott Koeth, the best possible construction methods are used. We start with
only the best kiln dried Midwestern hardwoods. All of our frames are
double-doweled, glued, screwed, and cornered blocked together. We use 8-way
hand-tied coil spring seating as a standard although other options are
available. All interiors and exteriors are covered with a solid webbing fabric
that is stretch resistant, a layer of poly fill and finish padded with cotton
before the final fabric is applied.
Our standard cushion is a high quality foam and blend-down cushioning system. It
not only looks good, but most importantly, sits great. You will sit light with
deep firm support. We also have the option of blend-down and spring-down
cushions.
 All fabrics are custom cut;
we do a flow match and four-way match of your
fabric. Welt cords are cut on the bias as standard. We also will cut unusual or
difficult fabrics that others will not do. If you have questions about any
fabric weight, stretch, or finish for a particular application, we will be glad
to consult with you on available options. Scott Koeth is a true custom
upholstered furniture manufacturer.
Production and Delivery:
Production begins when all material, including frames, fabrics and trims on your
purchase order have been received. Our standard for shipping products will be 8
- 12 weeks after production begins; "Priority Ship Items" will be shipped 5 - 6
after production begin. Shipping is F.O.B. from Chatfield,
Minnesota.
Warranty:
Scott Koeth will guarantee the frame, springs and quality of workmanship for the
life of the original fabric. The cushion cores are warranted for a two-year
period. If anything goes wrong, send the item back to us and we will replace or
repair it at no cost to you (this does not include the freight).

Scott Koeth will not be responsible for fabric defects and/or flaws. Scott Koeth
will not be responsible for the finished result of certain fabrics, such as, but
not limited to: velvets, silks, and stretchy and/or loosely woven fabrics.
Terms:
Fifty percent (50%) due upon the order. The balance is due prior to shipping.
